Revenue Marketing Manager

Working directly with our own brand, the Revenue Marketing Manager is tasked with planning and executing programs to drive growth for new and existing logos across marketing and sales channels that accelerate pipeline generation. This role requires someone who can drive marketing initiatives to scale inbound and outbound sales efforts.

You will partner closely with the sales, customer success and data teams on defining best-in-class strategies and programs to engage our prospects and customers and to enable expansion across our products and services.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to rapidly growing reach, engagement, pipeline, revenue and retention. Your primary goal will be to increase deal creation.

The ideal candidate understands sales cycles and sales prospecting campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute programs and campaigns to drive growth in order to drive net new marketing qualified leads
  • Partner with the sales team, iterating and refining programs in order to increase marketing qualified lead to sales qualified lead conversion rate
  • Partner with the demand generation team to brief in content and demand generation requirements accurately
  • Analyse and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns and business opportunities and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape
  • Forecast, measure and report on campaigns and programs
  • Identify and run prospecting marketing plays across target accounts, ABM, industry and competitive verticals

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years experience as a digital marketing manager with accountability for lead generation
  • A clear understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to engage sales teams in relevant conversations
  • Strong knowledge and confidence in CMS and CRM (HubSpot preferred, but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to pivot and adapt quickly
