We love HubSpot.
There’s no point in trying to hide it. We’ve worked with them for years as a HubSpot partner agency, now in the top 1% globally in the Elite tier out of thousands.
So you might say we’re a bit biased about why we think businesses should choose HubSpot as their CRM platform.
On our latest HubSpot User Group, we covered a short roundup of some of the big HubSpot updates over the last year, which all make for pretty good reasons why there’s never been a better time to be on HubSpot…
- HubSpot named a Leader in 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™
- App marketplace home to 1000+ apps
- What happened at INBOUND 2022
- Powerful alone, better together
HubSpot named a Leader in 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™
HubSpot this year announced that it has been positioned by Gartner as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms for the second consecutive year for its offering, Marketing Hub. The evaluation was based on specific criteria that analysed the company’s overall Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.
Gartner's obviously a trusted name out in the marketplace and the fact that they have scored this twice now for two consecutive years really bolsters HubSpot’s position in the market.
App marketplace home to 1000+ apps
HubSpot also announced in 2022 that its App Marketplace is now home to more than 1,000 integrations that span use cases in marketing, sales, service, and more. The news comes less than two years after the marketplace surpassed 500 apps, reflecting HubSpot’s commitment to building an ecosystem that serves the needs of customers and partners alike.
This is a huge movement towards building out an aligned tech stack. As an agency, we see this all the time with prospects and clients that we speak to, and the fact that they're using different systems.
So for HubSpot to make so much progress in creating a CRM platform that can integrate natively with over a thousand applications – double what it was a year ago – demonstrates their commitment to creating a centralised source of truth. Rather than having to use countless different apps and systems, by pulling them all into HubSpot, you’ll be able to streamline efficiencies and gain a better overall management view.
What happened at INBOUND 2022
HubSpot's annual event, INBOUND, was back face-to-face in Boston and bigger than ever in 2022. They released new features and updates to help businesses create deeper, more meaningful connections with their customers.
The reason for this is that they recognise that fundamental shifts in buyer behaviours have made it increasingly challenging for organisations to create this.
In fact, research from Gartner found that, when considering a purchase, B2B buyers spend only 17% of that time actually meeting with the potential suppliers.
A major driver of that disconnection is the proliferation of new software and technology, making it hard for companies to connect with their data and systems, as well as with each other. HubSpot’s latest releases are a response to this current crisis of disconnection.
This relates back again to the vast quantity of MarTech solutions out in the marketplace now, and obviously disparate systems make the case for more companies to be considering their data model structure and how their actual entities relate to the different applications and the importance of having those systems communicate with one another.
Time and time again where there maybe isn't that native integration with HubSpot, but we as a partner can build that, because of HubSpot’s open API which means we can essentially build any connection for any app.
There are other CRMs in the marketplace that are striving more towards this position as a centralised system with integrated functionality because ultimately you're never going to be able to create a solution that's fit for all businesses. For example, in different sectors, there may be some very niche applications in the marketplace. So HubSpot’s logic is that you can connect your CRM to these very specific platforms to make it one of the most accessible systems available on the market.
Powerful alone, better together
And with that, they released this new slogan: Powerful Alone, Better Together.
HubSpot CRM platform can connect every part of your business. Their approach to product development takes the critical elements of customer experience, management, content messaging, automation, data, and reporting, and brings them into a single platform that's built to grow with your company.
